In this 1-day class, we’ll take an in depth look into the importance of floor repair and preparation to ensure a good bond with the epoxy coating. We’ll discuss which crack repair to use as well as how to grind and clean the floor.

Our epoxy floor experts will offer tips on mixing epoxy kits in order to achieve the best results. You will have the opportunity to create a flake and quartz floor as well as a metallic sample board.

In this 2-day class, we will focus on the fabrication of many different types of decorative countertops. Our countertop experts will show how to vein, use glass pieces, packing additives and even polishing. You will create several precast samples that you can take with you. The team will also assist in fabricating a concrete sink using backer and face mixes.

Why tear out an old concrete pad when you can refinish it? In this 2 day class, we will focus on refinishing a concrete pad using different styles of concrete overlays.

Our concrete experts will discuss the importance of prepping and cleaning the old concrete, and you will learn how to apply a broom finish, stamp overlay, knockdown finish using a hopper gun, and stenciling. Integral coloring and staining will also be used.

Typically installed as a stand-alone overlay for concrete substrates, Terrafuse TF Structural provides an economical solution that has excellent abrasion resistance properties and very good durability against mechanical damage. TF Structural is used for spall repairs, complete resurfacing, large structural rebuilds, or anywhere damaged concrete is in need of repair.
